NCM Try Their Hand at Surfing, Zumba & Cocktail Making

At NCM, we believe that team building goes beyond the typical workday – it’s about creating memories and strengthening relationships outside the office. This year our team had the pleasure of spending a fantastic day at Macdonald Houstoun House.

The day kicked off in a lively manner with a choice of sporty activities. A group of adventurous colleagues headed to Lost Shore to try their hand at surfing. Meanwhile, other colleagues opted for Zumba, finishing off with a lesson on cocktail making (looks like we can add mixologist to the CV!).

The day concluded with a team dinner and an engaging team quiz, featuring a series of challenges that fostered friendly competition and camaraderie.

More than just a break from work, this day reminded us that great things happen when we come together – energized, connected and ready to take on new challenges.
