Effective oversight

We are an FCA-authorised provider of AIFMD-compliant depositary services for closed-ended private equity and real estate funds.

We work with clients to understand the nature, scale and complexity of a particular fund structure in order to fulfil our obligations as a depositary as efficiently as possible.

Services include:

• Monitoring fund cashflows
• Verification of ownership and existence of fund assets
• General oversight of AIFMs’ operations
• Monitoring adherence with fund governing documents
